Virtual therapy allows families to connect, grow, and heal —
wherever they are.
I am Paula Henriquez with Lavender Hills Psychotherapy LLC. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland, specializing in evidence-based teletherapy for children and women.
Therapy is now more accessible, flexible, and tailored to your schedule — wherever you are.
Lavender Hills Psychotherapy is pleased to offer virtual therapy sessions for women and children throughout Maryland and participating PSYPACT states. This means you can connect with a licensed psychologist securely online, from the comfort of your home — whether you’re a woman navigating anxiety, perimenopause, or life transitions, or a parent seeking support for your child’s emotional or behavioral growth.
Preschool-age Children
I work closely with preschool-age children and their families to address behavioral challenges and strengthen parent-child relationships. Using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I guide parents in developing effective communication, positive discipline strategies, and nurturing connections with their children.
Adolescents
I provide a safe and supportive space where teens can express themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the confidence needed to handle life’s demands. Through a collaborative approach, I also work with parents and educators to ensure adolescents receive the guidance and resources they need to thrive both emotionally and academically.

Elementary-age Children
Through a supportive and individualized approach, I provide children with the tools they need to build resilience, improve focus, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. I also work closely with parents and teachers to create consistent strategies that support each child’s growth both at home and in school.
Adult Women
Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I help women process past experiences, build confidence, and develop the skills to set healthy boundaries and advocate for themselves.
